Terms and Conditions

1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through Blue Moon Digital.ai are non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed, no refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances, including partial usage or perceived lack of results.

2. Subscription Renewal & Cancellation Policy
• Subscriptions automatically renew monthly.
• To cancel, the customer must provide written notice at least 10 days prior to the upcoming renewal date.
• Failure to do so results in a full charge for the next billing cycle, with no exceptions.

3. A2P (Application-to-Person) Verification Process
• SMS messaging services that use 10DLC require A2P registration.
• The process is managed entirely by third-party organizations, including The Campaign Registry (TCR), mobile carriers, and vetting providers.
• Approval may take up to two weeks and Blue Moon Digital.ai has no control over timing, acceptance, or approval.

4. Billing Authorization
By subscribing, you authorize Blue Moon Digital.ai to automatically charge your selected payment method each month, unless you cancel in accordance with the policy above.

5. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Moon Digital.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or revenue, arising from the use or inability to use our services.

6. Service Uptime Disclaimer
While we strive for reliability, Blue Moon Digital.ai does not guarantee any specific service uptime.
We rely on third-party infrastructure and APIs, including messaging and telecommunication platforms. Any interruptions, outages, or failures on those systems are beyond our control.

8. Changes to Terms
Blue Moon Digital.ai may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
